About
Helping ADHD minds find a path that actually works for them, in life, career, and self employment.
Finding Your Path When Your Brain Works Differently
If you’ve ever felt like the standard advice on careers, productivity, or “just being consistent” was written for a brain that isn’t yours, you’re not imagining it. Whether you’re diagnosed with ADHD, think you might have it, or simply recognise the symptoms in yourself, you already know that willpower was never the missing ingredient. The right structure was.
I help people like you build a working life that fits how their mind actually operates. That means practical strategy, career direction, and the tools to plan and execute, paired with the awareness that comes from understanding your own nervous system and energy. Logic and intuition aren’t opposites here. You need both to build something that lasts.
I offer a bridge between the scientific and the spiritual, the logical and the intuitive. Nervous system regulation and neuroscience sit alongside energy work and intuition.
Mindfulness and CBT are the two most proven ways to manage and actually enhance a neurodivergent brain, that much is well established. What I noticed is that the bridge between that and spirituality is rarely built. Most people are offered one or the other: the clinical toolkit or the spiritual path, rarely both, and rarely in a way that speaks to each other.
This work sits alongside my Reiki practice. Reiki is a tool, but it isn’t the whole picture. Effective care is not about discovering a universal fix; it is about building a thoughtful, individualised system of support that addresses the whole person. The bigger focus is to find clarity: on what your personal path is, how your brain and body actually work, and how to move from knowing that to doing something with it.
Find your direction, your focus, and your way of working. Yours, not anyone else’s.
Find your balance, energy & happiness through your own lens.
Meet Lucy
I’m a Reiki Master and Teacher, but the work I do now is bigger than energy healing on its own. My focus is helping people with ADHD, or anyone who recognises the pattern in themselves, find their path: in life, in career, in building something of their own.
ADHD tends to intensify as external structure falls away. When academic support ends, adulthood begins. Workplace expectations, financial responsibility, and relationship management places real strain on executive systems that are already vulnerable. Left unsupported, this shows up as chronic stress, underachievement, burnout, and often anxiety or depression alongside it. The hyperactivity in children often shows up as restlessness, interrupting, impulsive decisions and it tends to turn inwards for adults. It becomes restlessness and a constant sense of urgency. All of this is easy to mistake for personality rather than something neurological.
I came to this through my own experience of struggling to fit a system that wasn’t built for how my brain works, and eventually stepping away from socially accepted norms entirely to build something on my own terms. That process taught me that awareness alone doesn’t change anything. You need practical strategy and structure as much as you need deep self understanding, and you need a whole lot of self-compassion to enable progression.
The Vision
I’m Lucy, the founder of The Zoisite. Zoisite is my favourite stone, chosen because its properties reflect exactly what I’m building: transformation, growth, and grounded clarity.
My own path hasn’t been linear. I trained as a Reiki Master and Teacher, stepped away from a rigid and controlling teaching structure to practise on my own terms, and built a life around understanding how my own reality actually works rather than forcing them into someone else’s mould.
A clinician can explain ADHD accurately and still feel a step removed from what it’s actually like to live with it. Relatability matters here in a way it doesn’t always in other fields, because so much of the ADHD experience is bound up in shame: years of being told you’re lazy, too much, not trying hard enough. Someone who’s only studied that from the outside can offer a diagnosis and a strategy, but they can’t tell you what it feels like at 2am when your brain won’t switch off, or why the thing you know you should do is somehow still not happening. I can, because I’ve lived it, not just read about it. That’s the difference I bring: the research and the strategy, held by someone who’s actually navigated this from the inside.
None of this is a finished thing. The Zoisite is growing into a home for ADHD minds who want more than a diagnosis and a productivity app, a place where practical strategy, nervous system science, and spiritual grounding sit together instead of scattered across different corners of the internet. What you’re reading now is the start of that: one to one work and Reiki today, with a fuller platform for career and self employment support on the way. If that’s the kind of place you’ve been looking for, this is where it starts.
F.A.Q
Who is this work for?
Anyone diagnosed with ADHD, anyone who suspects they have it, and anyone who recognises the symptoms in themselves even without a diagnosis. You may feel that the standard advice on careers and productivity has never quite worked for you.
What does the ADHD and career work actually involve?
A mix of practical strategy (career direction, self employment structure, planning and execution) and the mindset and nervous system tools that make follow through possible. It’s not just “here’s a productivity system,” it’s understanding why your brain responds to structure the way it does, and building something around that.
Do you still offer Reiki?
Yes. Reiki remains part of my practice, both as one to one healing and teaching, for anyone drawn to it. It still remains as one of my favourite tools in nervous system regulation and mindfulness.
Is this a replacement for therapy, medication, or a clinical diagnosis?
No. This work sits alongside those things, not instead of them. If you’re managing ADHD through medication, therapy, or a formal diagnosis process, this is here to support the parts that clinical care doesn’t always reach: the practical strategy, the mindset, and the grounding.
